Terms of service
By creating an account or ordering a service you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and give a working email address. You are responsible for everything done with your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
2. Services and billing
Services are prepaid from your account wallet in US dollars. A server's monthly price is charged when it is created and at each renewal. If a renewal cannot be paid from the wallet, the service is terminated and its data deleted. Cancelling a server credits the unused time to the wallet.
3. Refunds
Your first server, paid by card, is refunded to the card if you request cancellation in a support ticket within 24 hours of its creation; this applies once per customer. All other cancellations are credited to the wallet. Cryptocurrency payments are never refunded to the sender. Web hosting is not refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for spam or bulk email, malware, phishing, denial-of-service attacks, scanning of third-party networks, cryptocurrency mining without written permission, reselling without written permission, or anything illegal. We may suspend or terminate services that break these rules without refund.
5. Uptime
We target 99.9% monthly network uptime, excluding maintenance announced 24 hours ahead. If we miss it, you may claim account credit in a ticket within 72 hours of the incident. Credit is the only remedy.
6. Your data
You are responsible for backing up your own data. Unless you have an active backup add-on, we do not keep copies of your servers, and deleted servers cannot be recovered.
7. Domains
Automatic domain renewal and reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. You are responsible for checking each domain's expiry date and renewing it in time. We are not liable for a domain lost because it was not renewed.
8. Liability
Services are provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the month of the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and our prices. Changes are published on this page; continuing to use the services means you accept them.
